LineBack 的付費方案(Pro、Unlimited)為年度訂閱制數位服務,所有付款皆透過 Paddle.com Market Limited 處理。

退款政策

購買後 14 天內,您可以申請全額退款,無需提供理由。

如何申請退款

請透過以下方式聯繫我們:

請提供您的 LINE 顯示名稱及購買時使用的 Email,我們將在 3 個工作日內處理退款。退款將退回原付款方式。

取消訂閱

年度訂閱到期後不會自動續訂,您的帳號將自動降為 Free 方案,無需手動取消。

Please provide your LINE display name and the email used for purchase. We will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your plan expires, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. No manual cancellation is required.
